The 'Granado Espada Royal Service' is a paid service offered to users of the game Granado Espada by the operating company, Infocomm Asia Holdings Pte Ltd (hereafter called IAHGames). This service allows users to make specific changes to elements of virtual names created within Granado Espada servers (also called 'worlds') hosted by IAHGames. All customers using this service must also adhere to the terms of service set forth in using the Granado Espada game service, including but not limited to: purchases of G-Points, naming rules, and general rules of conduct. Use of this service is done automatically through the 'Granado Espada Royal Service' menu found on the official IAHGames Granado Espada website located at http://ge.iahgames.com. Transactions made through this service are done so using G-Points, a virtual currency represented by real world currency. Players must log out of the Granado Espada game service before proceeding to use the Granado Espada Royal Service. The 'Granado Espada Royal Service' gives customers the following service options: 1) Change Family Name a. Allows the customer to change the name of one (1) family on one (1) server. The name change will affect all virtual characters in that server. Regulations on appropriate names stipulated in the Granado Espada terms of service apply to any name change made using the Granado Espada Royal Service. A family name change can only be executed once every seven (7) days. 2) Change Character Name a. Allows the customer to change the name of one (1) character on one (1) server. Regulations on appropriate names stipulated in the Granado Espada terms of service apply to any name change made using the Granado Espada Royal Service. 3) Change Character Gender a. Allows the customer to change the virtual gender of one (1) character on one (1) server. Characters must be stripped of all equipment for the change to take effect. IAHGames reserves the right to reject, amend, delete or refund all paid game services available on this website without prior notification or justification. Transactions made using the Granado Espada Royal Service can and will be tracked by IAHGames. Any perceived abuse or misuse of the service will result in official action by IAHGames. Purchases are Final All changes and purchases made using the Granado Espada royal service are the responsibility of the consumer and will not be reversed or refunded by IAHGames, its partners or subsidiaries. Consumers are advised to carefully review their choices before confirming in the final stage. In the event a name is relinquished and cannot be retrieved, IAHGames cannot assist the original owner in terms of any retrieval or refund. IAHGames will not be responsible for any cases of mistaken identity caused by a name change made using the Royal Service. Accountability Note that all terms and conditions of the Granado Espada Game Service are applicable to use of the Granado Espada Royal Service, and that user violations of said terms and conditions are tracked through a user's IAHGames username and password. Changing a family name or character name will not remove or restrict IAHGames staff from imposing penalties incurred by violating the Granado Espada Terms of Use.
