Dear Gamers,

After the initial investigations, we have found out that there were more than 100 users who have exploited a bug in Hellena's Circus of Fate.

Deduction of the exploited tokens will be made on these accounts. In the event where accounts contain insufficient tokens, they will be placed under a temporary suspension.

Suspension will not be lifted until all items obtained using the exploited tokens can be accounted for and removed. For this batch of users, it is not necessary to send a ticket at the moment as the investigations are still underway.

We would like to sincerely thank one of our gamers who alerted us of this issue, and he will be rewarded for his honesty.

As for the rest of the community, do bear in mind that exploitation of any game bugs/design flaws may result in permanent suspension on your account irregardless of intentional or unintentional exploitation.

Thus, we would like to encourage all gamers to inform us when you discover any possible exploits/bugs in the game to prevent any upset in the game economy/game play.
