Item Mall Terms and Conditions
- Topping up of game value is the action of purchasing G-points and subscription Game time from IAHGames Passport portal.
- Game time is necessary to play in the worlds of Granado Espada.
- ‘G-points’ is the currency used to purchase electronic virtual items found within the virtual world of Granado Espada.
- Apart from this agreement, users must agree to the “End User License Agreement” found during the installation of the game, in order to perform any purchase/deduction/usage of the items found within the In-game Item Mall.
- It is the users’ responsibility to check this policy regularly for any updates or changes.
- All Fees and Charges resulting from buying in-game virtual items or game time are non-refundable.
- It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the security of the payment details and IAHGames reserves the right to refuse to enter into any payment conflicts.
- IAHGames reserve the rights to refuse compensation for any accidental deletion/loss of any purchased/presented virtual items, caused directly or indirectly by the user.
- IAHGames reserve the rights to amend the pricing, descriptions, stats, ability of any virtual item available on the item mall within Granado Espada.
- All virtual items purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
